How Hypnotherapy Newcastle uses the details you share when you request a call back or get in touch.
Last updated: October 2026
Who we are
This website is run by Hypnotherapy Newcastle (Sonya Hudson), the data controller for the personal information described here. You can contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone on 07830 309917.
What we collect
When you use the “Request a call back” form we collect:
- your full name, phone number and email address;
- anything you choose to write in “What would you like help with?” (optional);
- your confirmation that you are happy to be contacted, and the page you sent the form from.
If you phone or email us directly, we receive the details you give us in that call or message.
Please don’t include medical details in the form. A few words is plenty. Anything you do share about your health is treated as sensitive and confidential and is used only to respond to you.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call back and, if you wish, book appointments. We do not sell your information, share it for marketing or add you to a mailing list.
Our lawful basis
We rely on your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and on taking steps at your request before you book a session. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
Who else handles your information
Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-processing service which acts as our processor and may store submissions on servers outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. Enquiries then arrive in our email inbox. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any sessions that follow, and then delete them.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. Fonts and images are served from this website itself.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email [email protected].
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
