Your first session
Getting started is easy. Most sessions last about 60 minutes, and hypnosis itself is simply a state of deep relaxation where Sonya can guide you.
Getting here
Sessions are held at Sonya’s Newcastle based clinic. Wallsend sits east of the city on the north bank of the Tyne, and trains on the Metro run from Wallsend station into central Newcastle. Sonya will explain how to find the clinic when you get in touch.
Prices vary, but hypnotherapy in Newcastle usually costs around £80 to £100 per hour. The fee depends on things like the therapist’s experience and the type of hypnotherapy. Sonya will explain her fees on your free call. You can also read why hypnotherapy costs what it does.
Questions
Yes. Sonya sees clients from Wallsend and across Newcastle and North Tyneside at her Newcastle based clinic.
Hypnotherapy is generally safe. A few people feel a little anxious, dizzy or get a headache afterwards, and in rare cases it can lead to false or distorted memories. If you have a health condition, speak to your doctor first.
Everyone can be hypnotised in one way or another. It’s just a state of relaxation where I can guide you.
It depends on what you would like to work on. Some people notice a difference after a few sessions, while others need more time. Sonya will talk this through with you on your free call.
